2015 #BookTubeAThon~~
It's that time of the year again and I couldn't be more excited! BookTube-A-Thon 2015 aka that-time-i-decided-to-read-all-the-short-ones. Killing it with all the classics! I wonder how many I will actually read before I break down and indulge myself in YA. Also, all of these are in Russian except for Animal Farm and The Virgin Suicides, which are e-books and in English.
TBR//challenges:
1// Read a book with blue on the cover:
Rubaiyat by Omar Khayyam | 112 pages
2// Read a book by an author who shares the same first letter of your last name:
Of Mice and Men by John Steinbeck | 121 pages
The Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger | 277 pages
3// Read someone else's favourite book:
Animal Farm by George Orwell | 102 pages (thanks Ariel haha)
4// Read the last book you acquired:
We by Yevgeny Zamyatin | 224 pages
5// Finish a book without letting go of it:
The Martian by Andy Weir | 369 pages
6// Read a book you really want to read:
The Virgin Suicides by Jeffrey Eugenides | 249 pages
7// Read seven books:
The Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger | 277 pages
TBR total: 1454 pages (over a thousand pages less than last year: maybe this year I will complete all the challenges)

Yay for all the sci-fi! Extremely excited about all of these books, but I'm gonna have a veeeery busy first half of the week and then I'm leaving for two days so basically all I have left is the weekend.. Not comforting. Not at all. Anyways! Les Mis is in my plans for the month so I'm definitely going to finish it by the end of July. And I'm already halfway through The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy because I just couldn't resist the temptation. I just couldn't. But it's like an hour to midnight (when the actual readathon starts) so I'm just going to count it as part of my Monday reading.
I decided not to write any new posts but to update this one, gonna keep it nice and neat~
Day 1:
All done with The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy and made it through 40 pages of The Restaurant at the End of the Universe.

Days 5, 6 & 7
Was really busy, read nothing.
Wrap-up:
What can I say? Readathon failed. But at least I got through two and a half books, that's something.
